Heart felt messages from Beth Hossfeld, LMFT, Co-Founder, Consultant and Nancy Roldán Johnson, President Board of Directors

I am overjoyed to announce a wonderful development at One Circle Foundation. 

Since June 2023, Nancy Roldán Johnson has served as Interim Executive Director, with an absolute dedication to preparing our organization for a new leader. That day has arrived!

It is my privilege to present Moorea Dickason as Executive Director. You may know Moorea as our Chief Operating Officer, having previously served as Director of Outreach and Engagement, Consultant, and Co-Trainer, having championed One Circle programs on staff for more than fifteen years.

As a stellar leadership team, Nancy and Moorea accomplished significant feats during 2023 with diligence, rigor, and joy. In gratitude for Nancy's dedication, and with my exuberance and utmost confidence in Moorea, I know that you can count on One Circle Foundation to further our mission with excellence to promote healthy development and authentic connections for youth, families, and communities.

I cannot imagine a happier moment here at OCF than Moorea’s appointment to Executive Director. Moorea has been a valued member of our team for quite a long time, and her inspiring story has come full circle. We can't wait for you to hear from her!

As the Interim Executive Director for the past eight months, I have had the privilege of working closely with Moorea and seeing her natural leadership abilities in action. Moorea's profound connection to our team and our mission has been an inspiration to us all. I have been fortunate to observe our team's dedication up close, and the high quality and care that they put into everything we deliver and communicate to you, our partners. This time has allowed Moorea and me to support our staff and achieve the organization's strategic objectives for the year through enhanced internal capabilities and a commitment to professional development and employee well-being. The result is heightened productivity, a greater sense of appreciation, and overall enthusiasm.

This announcement comes at a time of celebration and acknowledgement for our organization. Beth Hossfeld, our Co-Founder, and past President whose commitment and dedication for twenty-six years have been unparalleled, now moves into an advisory role with utmost confidence and joy for the future of One Circle. Please join me in congratulating Beth on this new chapter in her life.  

With Beth’s transition, I have accepted the role of President of the Board of Directors. I am eager to support Moorea, our staff, and our partners in this new era.

Our goal is to help you provide critical opportunities for our youth and adults to explore their needs in a welcoming and supportive environment. I am proud to have contributed to this effort by implementing processes and mentoring our talented staff. We are grateful for your continued support, and we look forward to the bright future ahead with Moorea at the helm.
