One Circle Foundation Position Available: Trainer in Development
September 17, 2026
OCF is looking for experienced Facilitators for the Trainer in Development position, which reports to the Director of Training and completes a 4 to 6 month training period. During this time, the Trainer in Development will study the Trainer Leader’s Guide, practice delivering training content, observe trainings led by a Lead Trainer, and practice training skills in live online and in-person sessions.
