Why It Matters

Circle programs change lives. The right curriculum makes it happen.

Young people thrive when they have safe spaces to express themselves, develop skills, and build meaningful connections. One Circle Foundation curricula have been developed and refined over decades, grounded in research on protective factors, belonging, and social-emotional development to help adults facilitate Circles with confidence and evidence-informed structure.

Whether you're a school counselor facilitating a weekly group, a youth-serving nonprofit or faith community, or a program director launching a new initiative, our curricula are designed to work in your setting.

Our four program models: Girls Circle®, The Council for Boys and Young Men®, Unity Circle®, and Women's Circle®, are designed for specific populations, so facilitators can find the right fit from the start.

“The program curricula are well organized, and all the areas of a person’s development are covered.”
Alejandra Monroy, Cancun, Mexico

How it Works

Structured enough to guide you. Flexible enough to be yours.

One Circle Foundation curriculum resources are built around two core components that work together:
1.)  Facilitator Manuals support everything you need to run your program with fidelity and confidence. Each manual includes:
  • Guiding principles and theoretical framework
  • Facilitator best practices for structure and approach
  • Support on common scenarios: managing group dynamics, co-facilitation guidance, specific setting support, and more.
  • A Quality Assurance Tool to help you assess and strengthen your implementation
2.)  Activity Guides provide your step-by-step lesson plans. Each guide focuses on a specific theme — mental health, relationships, social media, identity, and dozens more — and includes weeks of ready-to-use, skill-building activities and structured discussions. They're designed to be engaging, age-appropriate, and adaptable to your unique setting and population.

What You Get

We know that choosing curricula can be a significant investment. That's why we offer a free sample pack so you can see the quality, format, and style of our materials before your purchase.

Each activity guide includes:

  • A clear session structure with facilitator notes
  • Materials list and facilitator prep notes
  • Skill-building activities appropriate for the program model and age group
  • Discussion questions designed to spark real conversation
  • Warm-up activities, resources, and research citations

Why Sets: Everything You Need, Bundled Together.

Purchasing individual guides is always an option, but our sets are designed to give you a complete, cohesive program from day one. Our sets bundle a curated collection of activity guides for a specific population or program model.

Our larger sets come at a meaningful discount and include the facilitator manual and evaluation toolkit. Sets are especially useful when:

  • You're launching a new program and want to start with a full library
  • Your site has multiple facilitators and needs consistent materials across your team
  • You want the flexibility to choose which topics meet the needs of the youth in your group without ever running out of material

Not sure which set is right for you? Browse our Sets or contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.

Available in Two Formats

Our curricula are available in either printed or digital formats. Bundle them together for steep discounts.

Printed (Hard Copy): Physical binders and books shipped to you. Ideal for organizations that prefer tangible materials and want something durable to hand to facilitators. Keeps facilitators off screens during Circle. The right choice for settings without Wi-Fi.

Recommendation: Purchase 1 facilitator manual per facilitator and 1 set of activity guides per location (shareable among all facilitators at a single location)

Digital: Interactive digital flipbook for use on a tablet or computer. Each digital purchase includes 4 licenses, allowing you to share the files internally with up to three additional staff members at your location. A downloadable PDF of handouts for the youth is included with each digital activity guide.

Recommendation: Purchase 1 facilitator manual per facilitator and 1 digital activity guide of choice, or the full digital set, for every 4 facilitators at your location. Wi-Fi is required.

Both formats contain identical content. Some organizations purchase both. When purchased together, digital guides are discounted to only $40.
