Moorea first engaged with One Circle Foundation at 16 years old as a participant in a Girls Circle^®. The positive effects of her experience in that group were so impactful that she pursued working for the organization shortly after college and has been in service of its mission ever since. Moorea has been a Facilitator and Trainer of the Girls Circle^® model and has had a hand in most aspects of the organization for over a decade. As Executive Director, she is directly connected with Staff, Trainers, Contractors, and Partners on a daily basis and her work is centered on maintaining a positive organizational culture, day-to-day operations, and ensuring OCF is mission and vision focused. Outside of One Circle Foundation, Moorea has a professional background in live music performance, music education and coaching, studio recording, event planning, and other creative mediums.
