What's the difference between a Facilitator Manual and an Activity Guide?
The Facilitator Manual is a comprehensive manual to effectively facilitate your program model. It covers program theoretical foundation, guiding principles, group dynamics management, quality assurance, and more. Activity Guides are the session-by-session materials: each one focuses on a specific theme and contains multiple weeks of activities and discussions. You'll want both to run a full program.
Can I make copies of the printed materials for my staff?
Yes, with some boundaries. Printed materials may be reproduced for internal use at a single location. You may not reproduce materials for distribution to other sites or organizations or make or distribute digital copies.
How does digital licensing work?
Each digital purchase includes 3 additional licenses, allowing you to share the files internally with up to three additional staff members at your location. This allows up to four staff members within the same organization to access and use the files. Licenses may not be shared outside your organization or used across multiple unaffiliated sites.
Can I use One Circle curricula across multiple program sites?
If you operate multiple locations, please purchase separate hardcopy curricula for each site location. If using digital curricula, purchase a license for each staff member.
Which curricula are right for my population?
Use the filter links on our store page to sort by model (Girls Circle, The Council, Unity Circle, Women's Circle), age group, or language. Use the search bar to find activity guides that cover any specific topic or theme. You can also download a sample pack or reach out to us. We're happy to help you find the right fit.
Do I need training to use the curricula?
We strongly recommend it. One Circle Foundation training gives facilitators a deep understanding of the program model and the skills to create a safe, effective group environment. While the curricula are designed to be easy to use and facilitator-friendly, training ensures you're getting the most out of the programming. Explore training options
Can I adapt the activities?
Yes, with some guidance. Our curricula are designed to be flexible, and facilitators are encouraged to adapt activities to meet the needs of their group. The key is maintaining fidelity to the program model as you do. How many sessions are included in each activity guide?
It varies by guide, but each one includes multiple structured sessions with clear objectives and step-by-step facilitation guidance. Most guides have 8, 10, or 12 sessions, but we also offer some individual sessions and longer activity guides to choose from. You can find the session count listed on each guide's store page. Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or schools?
Contact Us to ask about bulk orders or organizational pricing. We're committed to making our curricula accessible to the communities that need them most. Scholarships are available by application for under-resourced organizations or individuals. If your organization is tax-exempt, email your tax-exempt status letter to info@onecirclefoundation.org along with the email address associated with your account so our staff can mark your account as tax-exempt and waive the charge.
What if I already own an older set and just want the newest materials?
We have a set for that. Our One Circle Latest Additions Set includes our three most recent releases and is designed specifically for organizations that already own an older complete set and want to catch up.
