Resiliency; Youth learn to recognize individual and group strengths which help to navigate adversity and foster protective factors

Building & Deepening Trust; Adapted from Session 4 of "Mother-Daughter Circle: Heart of the Matter". This activity will require two facilitators as mothers and daughters will complete the same activity in Break Out Rooms. Mother-Daughter Circle is designed for mothers or female-caregivers and their daughters.
Mind, Body, Spirit Harmony Through Breath Work; From Session 10 of "Mind, Body, Spirit". This session could stay intact as a single session. It has three activities and only needs adaptation on online process changes, no activity adaptation needed.
