Culture Gram – Strength Through Diversity;  Adapted from Session 3 of "Living A Legacy"
Writing Goals;  Adapted from Session 6 of "Who I Am"
Throwing Stress;  Adapted to address stress during the COVID-19 pandemic, from Session 4 of "My Family, My Self"
One Step at a Time;  Activity to address the stress in returning to activities in-person
Our Mental Health & Well-Being;  Process stressors through letter-writing activities
Coping Through Hard Times;  Activity to address coping skills that youth use to manage hard times
Teen Drug Use & Abuse;  Activity to identify the reasons that teens experiment with or abuse drugs and potential consequences
Setting Boundaries & Staying Safe;  Youth will examine intimate partner violence and personal boundaries within their own families and begin to explore how this impacts their relationships inside and outside the home.
Healthy Relationships;  Youth will have an opportunity to ask questions and participate in a discussion about relationships
Resiliency;  Youth learn to recognize individual and group strengths which help to navigate adversity and foster protective factors
Stress of the Holidays and Special Occasions;  Youth identify stress they may be experiencing and discuss ways they can manage and cope

Beauty Is... / Hands Down Beautiful;  Adapted from Session 5 of "Empowerment and Identity on Social Media"
Poetry Reading & Writing – Family Roles;  Adapted from Session 6 of "My Family, My Self"
Pair Storytelling – Being Included, Being Left Out;  Adapted from Session 3 of "Friendship"
Rate It. Comparing Social Media Platforms;  Adapted from Session 1 of "Empowerment and Identity on Social Media"
Building & Deepening Trust;  Adapted from Session 4 of "Mother-Daughter Circle: Heart of the Matter". This activity will require two facilitators as mothers and daughters will complete the same activity in Break Out Rooms. Mother-Daughter Circle is designed for mothers or female-caregivers and their daughters.
Mind, Body, Spirit Harmony Through Breath Work;  From Session 10 of "Mind, Body, Spirit". This session could stay intact as a single session. It has three activities and only needs adaptation on online process changes, no activity adaptation needed.
