Calm & Connected: A Guide to Personalized Grounding and Mental Health is a curriculum designed to promote youth mental health and well-being through self-discovery, creative expression, and personal growth. This 12-session Unity Circle® guide helps youth understand that there are many ways to be unique—unique ways of exploring, communicating, and healing. It begins by building group safety, shared agreements, and a foundation for understanding mental health and personal capacities. The middle sessions explore a range of capacities through practical, youth-centered activities that support emotional well-being. The final sessions bring everything together through reflection and integration, helping youth apply their strengths to support ongoing mental health and personal growth.
