Who We're Looking For 

We seek board members who are: 

• Passionate about youth development and committed to OCF's mission 

• Dedicated to strong board governance and strategic leadership 

•  Able to leverage their networks to create meaningful partnerships 

•  Willing to contribute their time, expertise, and financial support to broaden our reach 

•  Excited to bring fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and a collaborative spirit 

• Skilled in finance, nonprofit law, marketing, or strategic planning is a plus!
